One of the vital roles of The Record is serving as an official newspaper for: Poweshiek County, City of Montezuma, City of Brooklyn, City of Deep River, City of Malcom, Montezuma Light and Power, Montezuma Water Department, Poweshiek County Zoning and Engineer, and Poweshiek County ISU Extension. We also publish official notices for non-governmental parties, such as notice of will and probate, etc. These notices are printed in our weekly publication on the Public Record pages.
